The new Canadian Helen Keller Centre at 150 Eighth Street is a six-storey modular apartment building that provides 56 affordable, accessible residential units along with a 6,500 sq. ft. independent living training facility for individuals who are DeafBlind and those living with physical disabilities. Built by ANC Modular, the project demonstrates how off-site construction can accelerate delivery while maintaining exceptional quality and accessibility standards.
