Ipe Dock w/ Naturalized Swim Area

Large Ipe dock with 2 layer 2x10 (beefy) Ipe fascia screwed, plugged and sanded. Ipe field decking laid with hidden clip system. Lots of shoreline scribe work. Initially there was plans for kayak launch but that was TBD after our completion date. A beautiful boathouse with curved roof was installed here and a naturalized swim area was built into this steel dock system for private lake enjoyment.
