Pheasent Lane

7" x 3/4" Rift & Quarter Sawn Engineered White Oak hardwood flooring, proudly 100% Canadian made by Corewood. Featuring 2–10 ft random lengths with a clean square-edge profile. Designed in collaboration with ContempoStudio, this project included full site moisture mitigation, subfloor preparation, and moisture testing prior to installation. The flooring was installed using a full trowel glue-down system, then site sanded and finished for a seamless custom appearance. In addition, all existing stairs were professionally refinished to match the new flooring throughout the space. Project is currently still in progress, awaiting final coat application along with professional photos and video documentation.
