Lake of Bays Boathouse Renovation & Enclosure

This Lake of Bays boathouse renovation transformed an open structure into a fully enclosed waterfront building with custom decking and siding. We completed structural framing infill to close in the exterior walls, installed large picture windows for expansive lake views, and added new horizontal siding. Inside, we upgraded the dock and slip surroundings with rich thermally modified ash decking, combining lasting weather durability with a clean, refined finish over the water.
