Built by
Anchor ConstructionInstallation of herringbone hemlock t&g soffit, two-step wooden fascia. We also installed a large exterior trim package here that included from the bottom up, two piece apron sill, copper drip flashing, board and baton Fraser siding, apron trim, copper flashing, frieze board and crown moulding. This took a large amount of planning, working with the reveals of the crown to the t&g soffit w/ core venting. We also fabricated and installed a semi craftsman style window trim, with square stock trim sitting on a two piece apron trim. Lastly, we fabricated hidden blind boxes around an octagon bump out on the corner of this home. It took a ton of planning and consideration as the room was timber framed by others and unfortunately the overhangs varied 1- 1 1/2". Accounting for this, we used the blind boxes to hide these discrepancies and keep out equal reveal to the crown mouldings. Unfortunately I don't have photos of that section. Another crew came and installed the cedar shake for the lower elevation and the front entrance way.
