Ipe deck in Mississauga

Description:

Ipe deck for client doing a full remodel of their home in Mississauga. We had to frame the deck on top of a roof membrane to keep the underside copper soffit waterproof. Framed that structure out of PT and sheathed it so the torch down could go on top of it. Everything was tied into the house and supported by a steel column that was on a new footing.
