Farmhouse from 1875. The kitchen moved to south-east room of the house, walls removed, to create flow and enhanced sight lines to see the beautiful view outside. All new mechanicals, plumbing and electrical, including radiant heat. Asbestos removal, waterproofing. Insulation, drywall. Need wood windows replicated the originals. New flooring, bathroom finishes and light fixtures. Original trim and doors were removed, stripped and reinstalled. "New" old doors and hardware sourced for things that were missing, to bring this beautiful home back to life.
