This beautiful 3,000+ sq ft custom single-family home in Burlington, designed to maximize natural light, open space, and modern architectural detail. The home features large structural openings throughout, allowing for large windows and bright, open living areas. Raised and cathedral ceilings were carefully framed to enhance the sense of space while maintaining clean lines and structural precision. A number of custom design elements required detailed execution, including a hidden pantry seamlessly integrated into the layout and a striking floating fireplace mantel feature that serves as a central focal point of the home. Precision framing was also critical in areas such as the curbless shower, where exact elevations and transitions are essential for proper finish and performance. The project extends beyond the interior, with a standout outdoor living space that includes a large, covered porch with an outdoor kitchen area. Skylights were incorporated into this space to maximize natural light, creating a bright and functional extension of the home ideal for year-round use.
