01 · ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This 13,466 square foot luxury custom home in Vaughan, framed in the summer of 2024, represents one of the largest and most complex projects completed by Vandervecht Carpentry Ltd. to date. The scale of the build required detailed coordination across all phases of framing, with a focus on maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and consistency throughout. The home featured large open spans, multiple structural steel integrations, and a complex roof design that demanded careful layout and execution. With a project of this size, sequencing and site organization were critical. Material handling, crew coordination, and maintaining progress across a large footprint required a disciplined approach to keep the build on schedule without compromising quality. Every aspect of the framing was completed with attention to detail. A project of this scale highlights our ability to take on large custom homes and execute them to a high standard from start to finish.
