Ada Lake

Framed in the spring of 2019, this lakeside residence in Muskoka was designed to capture its surroundings while maintaining a strong and reliable structure from the ground up. Working in a lakeside environment brought its own challenges, including access, material handling, and varying site conditions. Each stage of the framing was approached with planning and efficiency to keep the project moving while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. The result is a well executed custom home that balances structural integrity with a layout designed to take full advantage of its setting, built with the consistency and attention to detail that defines every Vandervecht Carpentry project.
