Built by
Mammoth MasonrySet in the landscape of the Blue Mountains, this striking mid century modern home designed by Rockside Campbell showcases plenty of stone masonry using an array of locally sourced Owen Sound Ledgerock. One of the most prominent features of the home is the large exterior landscape wall crafted by us, intentionally to appear as though it is crumbling like ancient stone ruins, creating the impression that the home was built atop historical remnants. From 24 inch thick solid masonry landscape walls to thin veneer stone throughout the interior, the home has no shortage of masonry. The stone walls were laid in a random rubble pattern and overgrouted, creating an organic, rugged feel that complements the warm walnut interior and clean modern lines of the black standing seam copper exterior. From the front entrance & mud room to the basement & spa area we completed masonry throughout many areas of this home.
