The Rosard - House

The Rosard began life as a 1984 home and was completely transformed by Dettmore Home Improvements. The renovation includes a new primary suite with double showers, featuring a full-glass steam shower, a custom hand-built wood staircase with no exposed glass hardware, and a steel-wrapped brutalist addition that knows exactly what it’s doing. The home also features hydronically heated wide-plank wood floors, modern hidden details throughout, and custom built-in floor furniture—all designed and fabricated in-house by Dettmore Home Improvements.
