Custom 31x31 Detached Garage Build in Alliston

We built this custom 31x31 detached garage in Alliston featuring 10’1” walls, a 5-foot roof overhang, and a stone veneer skirt. The build started with an engineered concrete slab poured with a single row of block foundation. We framed 10’1” high exterior walls beneath a 6/12 pitch roof with architectural shingles. The exterior is finished with dark vinyl siding, a complementary veneer stone skirt, and a covered 5-foot overhang porch supported by solid wood posts.
