We are taking this 100-year-old farmhouse down to the studs for a complete whole-home renovation and structural framing overhaul. Preserving the character of a generational property requires careful demolition, structural reinforcement, and precise rough framing. Throughout the interior, we exposed original wood ceiling joists and subfloors while framing new partition walls, updating room layouts, and preparing the house for modern mechanicals, insulation, and finishes. From opening up the main living spaces to reframing the second-story layout around the staircase, we are giving this historic home new life from the inside out.
