We completed this model home exterior with James Hardie siding, custom aluminum details, stucco, and precision caulking for a modern finish. Our exterior package featured both horizontal and board and batten James Hardie siding complemented by durable stucco accents and stone masonry along the base. We installed a full aluminum package including soffits, fascia, seamless eavestroughs, and cedar rendition porch ceilings. Every joint received clean precision caulking to ensure weatherproofing and durability, highlighting clean architectural lines and high-quality craftsmanship throughout the entire build.
