One of the best details I have seen for transitioning the exterior air barrier on the walls to the interior membrane on the ceiling. Perfect for trusses! Use a strip of self adhered membrane (ADHERO 3000) and apply it directly onto the top plate. This provides continuity of the air control layer through the wall so you can tie it into the ceiling. - The membrane provides great grip for boots. - 6 months UV resistance. - Self seals around nails. - No membrane getting torn off from the wind!
